Wanda Adams

Wanda Elaine Adams, 85, of Wheelersburg, went to be with her Lord on Monday, November 15, 2021, at her residence with her family by her bedside.  Born on May 27, 1936 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Irene Wise Fitch and was retired from the cafeteria at Wheelersburg Elementary School.

Wanda was a proud member of Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union.

Also preceding her in death were her husband, Delbert Adams and a brother, Donnie Fitch.

Surviving are two sons, John (Angie) Adams of Sciotoville and Daryl (Sharon) Adams of Indianaopolis; two daughters, Connie (Chuck) Fannin of Wheelersburg and Lisa (John) Suitor of Coal Grove; seven grandchildren, Johnny Adams, Melissa Adams, Aaron Adams, Jessica Shaw, Joshua Fannin, Andy Suitor and Kayla Monnier and fourteen great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 19th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Pastor Brad Angus officiating.  Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
