Wilma Trapp

Wilma A. Trapp, 82, of Rigrish Addition, Sciotoville, died Monday, October 10, 2016, in her home. Born on April 19, 1934 in Oak Hill, she was a daughter of the late John R. and Florence Brisker Evans and was a homemaker.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Claude D. Trapp, three sons, Roger B. Trapp, David D. Trapp and Freddie J. Trapp; two sisters, Blodwyn Coleman and Anna Mae Kuhn; and three brothers, Wendell Evans, Marlin “Dick” Evans and Louis “Louie” Evans.
Surviving are her children, Danny (Debbie) Trapp of West Portsmouth, Ricky Trapp of Columbus, Chuck Trapp of Portsmouth, Billy (Charlotte) Trapp of Milan, Diana (Danny) Evans of Sciotoville and Jeanie (Michael) Yates of Wheelersburg; one special sister, Mary Ruth Trapp of Castila; seventeen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from Noon until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
