Wanda L. Howard, 91, of Wheelersburg, died Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the Concord Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on March 25, 1920 in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late Wiley and Gertrude Hall Worix. Survivors include her husband, Harlow Howard, Jr., a daughter, Loraine Houtz, two sisters, Pauline McClave and Libby Maupins, nine grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Casebolt. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Edgewood Abbey Mausoleum with Rev. Peter Michael officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Burial Park. The family will receive friends from Noon to 1 p.m. on Friday at the Brant Funeral Home in Sciotoville.
