Vickie D. Stacy, 63, of Portsmouth, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at home. Born on January 16, 1952 in Muncie, IN, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Daisy Vincent Mays. Surviving are her son, Aaron Stacy of South Webster; a daughter, Tracy Ison of Lucasville; two brothers, Lewis (Dorothy) Mays of Dunkirk, IN and Donnie Mays of La Porte, IN; four sisters, Beverly (Frank) McQueary and Gonda (Bob) Staggs, both of Muncie, IN, Sharon (Jerry) Bailey of Albany, IN and Kathy (Mike) Stainbrook of Centerville, IN; two grandchildren, Sean Ison and Shelby Ison; one great-granddaughter, Laylan and her former husband, Ed Stacy of Wheelersburg. She was also preceded in death by a son Sean Sargent; two brothers, Tom Mays and Rickie Mays and two sisters, Dixie Jo Mays and Betty Herdering. Arrangements are under the direction of the BRANT FUNERAL SERVICE IN SCIOTOVILLE.
