Thomas Noel

Thomas W. Noel, 60, of South Webster, formerly of Rosemount, died unexpectantly on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, in the Southern Ohio Medical Center emergency room.  Born on January 27, 1957 in Portsmouth, he was a son of the late Walter and Anna Skaggs Noel, and was currently a waste handler and former firefighter/EMT for Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Piketon.  Tommy was a member of the United Steelworkers Local #689 and a graduate of Clay High School.

Surviving are his wife, Jill Spears Noel, a son, Joey (Jodi) Freeman of Wheelersburg, a daughter, Jordyn (Jon Dace) Freeman of West Portsmouth; and three grandchildren, Addison, Roselynn and Kolten.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with interment in Memorial Burial Park.

The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
