Thomas York Bowen, son of Clarence and Mary Bowen, born March 28, 1932 in New Boston, Ohio, passed away October 11, 2016 in Fort Myers, Florida. He was survived by his wife, Helen Patricia Bowen and two daughters, Kimberly Ann Phelps, married to Thomas Maskell Phelps and Tami Maria Wayland, married to Jon Charles Wayland. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Jessica Marie Wayland, Emily Elizabeth Phelps, Rachel Rose Marie Phelps, Alexandra Helen Wayland, John Thomas Wayland and Karla Patricia Phelps. Mr. Bowen was laid to rest in Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg, Ohio on October 15, 2016. Arrangements were under the direction of the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE.
