Suzanne Hazelbaker

Suzanne Hazelbaker, 64, of Rosemount, died Thursday, August 30, 2012, at home. Born in Portsmouth on December 12, 1947, she was a daughter of Carl Eugene Davis and Wanda Donathan Davis and was a former dental assistant at the Cincinnati Veterans Hospital. Preceding her in death was her father, Carl Eugene Davis. Surviving are her husband, David Hazelbaker, a son, Michael (Ethel) Hazelbaker of Blanchester; her mother, Wanda Donathan Davis of Eaton; two brothers, Mike Davis of Columbus and Mark Davis of Rosemount; two sisters, Marian Jones of Eaton and Karen Craft of Columbus; and two grandchildren, Corinne Hazelbaker and Jaraka Hazelbaker. A funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2012, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN PORTSMOUTH with Rev. Oscar Perry officiating. Interment was in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
