Suzanne Binns-Brown

Suzanne Binns-Brown, 59, of Sciotoville, died Saturday, August 3, 2013, at her home. Born on July 23, 1954 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Betty Pitts Lowe and was retired social worker for the Ohio Department of Jobs & Family Service. Also preceding her in death was a grandson, Richard A. Brown III and a brother, Michael Lowe.
Surviving are two sons, Philip Wylie Binns and Richard “Boomer” Brown, both of Sciotoville, a brother, Tom Lowe of Sciotoville; and two sisters, Michelle (Casey) Colvin of Ironton and Kathleen Dean of Sciotoville.
A gathering will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
