Savannah Dawn Sweeney, 23, died Thursday, January 12, 2023 in Riverside Hospital. She was born on May 12, 1999 in Portsmouth.
Savannah was preceded in death by a daughter, Ariya Crace.
Surviving are her mom and dad, Tara and Fred Jordan; a son, Keegan Coriell; three daughters, Adelynn Cupp, Alayna Bellamy and Kaliyah Owens; two sisters, Taylor Jordan and Brittany LeBrun and her grandfather, Franklin Sweeney.
A service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 20th at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Wayne Sweeney officiating. Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
