Rosalie Keyser, 77, of Portsmouth, died Thursday, November 11, 2010, in the SOMC emergency room. Born February 9, 1933 in West Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late August and Margaret Walter Hahn and was a retired operator for GTE. Rosie was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and the Shawnee State Golden Bears. Surviving are her husband, Jack L. Keyser, a sister, Mary Kisor of Sciotoville, numerous nieces and nephews, and many cousins. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Norman Fowler, Francis Fowler and Billy Hahn. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with Fr. Ted Machnik as celebrant. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. on Sunday at the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth. A rosary will be 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Sierra’s Haven.
