Rick Edward Harlow, 59, of Sciotoville, died Thursday, September 19, 2014, at his home. Born on January 18, 1955 in Portsmouth, he was a son of the Emmitt D. and Phyllis Zempter Harlow and a former deputy sheriff. Rick was pastor of the former Sciotoville Church of Christ and Lilly Chapel. He was the CEO of the former Portsmouth Receiving Hospital.
He loved his music and race cars.
Surviving are his wife, Donna O’Dell Harlow and her children, a brother; two sisters, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law.
Arrangements will be at the convenience of the family under the direction of the BRANT FUNERAL SERVICE IN SCIOTOVILLE.
