Richard Lee Biggers, Jr., 75, of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, 6/4/2025, at home. He was born October 29, 1949, in Homestead, Florida, to the late Richard and Winona (Williams) Biggers, Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Robin Biggers, Randy Biggers, and a great-granddaughter, Bella Ashley. He is survived by 4 children, Richard Lee Biggers, III, Kristy Lee Mullins, Candi Lee Ashley, Brandi Lee Biggers; 10 grandchildren, Travis Suggs, Trenton Suggs, Teighlor Suggs, Tryston Suggs, Sonya Ashley, Monty Ashley, Joycelyn Ashley, Ocean Ashley, Kaileigh Kirk, Emily Kirk; 11 great-grandchildren, Juleigha, Kaysyn, Lennon, Brandon, Elijah, Daisy, Lilly, Madison, Matthew, Kalijah, Ruby; 2 brothers, Ronald Biggers, Robert Biggers; 3 nieces, Stacey, Jamie, Vanessa; and 1 nephew, Kevin.

Buddy, as he was affectionately known, was a lifelong heavy equipment operator who worked on such notable projects as the Trans-Alaska Pipeline in the ‘70s, Universal Studios Orlando in the ‘80s, Aberdeen Proving Ground weapons testing in the ‘90s, and the Panama Canal Expansion Project in the ‘00s.

He was an avid fan of the Rolling Stones and enjoyed living a carefree life. In his latter years, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be missed.

Arrangements are under the direction of the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE.
