Phyllis Buffington

Phyllis A. Buffington, 57, of Sciotoville, died Sunday, October 29, 2017 at home. Born on October 10, 1960 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Evelyn Spencer Springs.
Also preceding her in death was a son, Christopher L. Buffington and two sisters, Carol Spencer and Shirley Vestal.
Surviving are her husband, Terry L. Buffington, a daughter, Jennifer T.L. Buffington of Sciotoville, two brothers, Yancy C.L. Springs and Bobby Tackett, three sisters, Kathy Mosley, Jessie Springs and Bertha Abrams, a grandson, Brandon W. Blizzard and a granddaughter, Terryann M. Blizzard.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1st, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Pastor Bob Davis officiating. Interment will be in Vernon Cemetery.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
