Phillip E. Kinker, 61, of Wheelersburg, died peacefully at home on Saturday, November 3, 2018 in Wheelersburg. Born on February 19, 1957 in Portsmouth, he was a son of the late Waldo and Frankie Bradshaw Kinker and was a self-employed auto body mechanic.
He was a member of Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union in New Boston.
Phillip was also preceded in death by a sister, Gardenia Cummings.
Surviving are his wife, Donna L. Russell Kinker, whom he married December 1, 1979, a daughter, Leslie (Kevin) Wagner of Wheelersburg; a brother, Max Kinker of Minford; a sister, Debra Jones of Clarktown; his mother-in-law, Janet Hiatt; two grandchildren, Kendal Wagner and Grayson Wagner and a special neighbor and friend, Barbara Apel.
A Celebration of Phillip’s Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. noon on Tuesday, November 6th, at Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union in New Boston with Frank Stidham officiating.
The family will receive guests at the church after 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Brant Funeral Service in Sciotoville.
