Minnie Beadle Morgan, 90, formerly from Portsmouth, died Sunday, November 24, 2013, at her daughter’s residence in Las Vegas, NV. Born on September 10, 1923 in Portsmouth, she was a daughter of the late Lystra and Myra McCain Beadle. Minnie was a hairdresser and podiatry assistant to her late husband, Dr. H.H. Morgan. Also preceding her in death were her daughter, June, sisters, Evelyn, Doris and Ruth, and a brother, Ernest. Surviving are her daughters, Marna, Harva, Herma and Minna, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Minnie will always be remembered for her sweet, loving and kind spirit. A service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at the Edgewood Abbey Mausoleum. Interment will follow in the Memorial Burial Park. A luncheon will follow the service at the Golden Corral Restaurant in New Boston.
