Michael Paul Schiltz, 23, of Columbus, died Thursday, September 22, 2016, in Columbus. Born on February 4, 1993 in Portsmouth, he was a son of Melissa Lovely and Michael M. Schiltz and a graduate of Upper Arlington High School.
Surviving are his mother, Melissa (Michael Tyler) Lovely of Columbus; his father Michael M. Schiltz of Piketon; two sisters, Hali (Sam) Stanyon of Sandy, Utah and Sky Linton of Columbus; three brothers, Timothy Schiltz of Columbus, Ryan Reid of Columbus and Jordan Lovely of Columbus; grandmothers, Joyce Schiltz of Fort Mill, SC and Janet Lovely of Columbus; uncles Dave Schiltz of Fort Mill, SC and Robert Lovely of Chillicothe; and an aunt, Diana (Tim) Lanthorn of Sand Hill, KY.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Frederick Schiltz and Bob Lovely.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE. Interment will be in Worley’s Run Cemetery.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
