Margaret Waddell

Margaret Marie Waddell, 92, of Rosemount, died Monday, November 26, 2012 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center. Born on October 25, 1920 in Scioto County, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Audrey Kitchen Chaffin. Margaret was a Seventh Day Adventist and a homemaker. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Forest Waddell, one son, Forest Dale Waddell, one brother, and two sisters. Surviving are two daughters, Pat Frye of West Portsmouth and Phyllis Waddell of Rosemount, one sister, Louise Shekels, seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN PORTSMOUTH with Darrin Therber officiating. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park. The family will receive friends at Brant’s in Portsmouth from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to ADRA.
