Lynda King

Lynda S. King , 64, of Sciotoville, went home to heaven on Sunday, March 17, 2013, at the SOMC Hospice Center. Born November 5, 1948 in Columbus, she was a daughter of the late Strother and Alice Schouster James. Lynda a former employee of SOMC central sterilization, lived her life to the fullest, she enjoyed dancing, music, and being with people. Her children and grandchildren were the love and light of her life. She is survived by her two sons, Michael (Hope) King of Micanopy, Fla. and Eric (Misty) King of Sciotoville, her six grandchildren, Kimberly, Chad, Beth, Nathan, Ryan and Breana, two brothers, Everett and Jack James, two sisters, Wanda Goin and Marilyn Hardbarger, and her former husband, Jim (Gail) King and numerous other family members. Lynda was also preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Ray King and a brother, Bill James. A gathering will be held on Saturday March 23 rd from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to SOMC Hospice.
