Kathy S. Boehm, 67, of Portsmouth, died Sunday, February 19, 2017, in the Southern Ohio Medical Center emergency room. She was born on November 22, 1949 in Portsmouth and was a homemaker.
Preceding her in death was her father, Dick Dever, her mother, Ruby Dever Bracken, her stepfather who raised her, Charles Bracken and a brother, Carl Bracken.
Surviving are her fiancé, Gary Brannon, two sons, Joseph Glascock of Portsmouth and Aaron Boehm of Cincinnati; a daughter, Amy (James) Bond of Sciotoville; the love of her life, grandson Chase Bond; and a niece, Payton Dever-Bracken of Lucasville.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 26th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE.
