Sciotoville

Kathleen Marie (Lake) Stiltner of Sciotoville, went to be with her Lord on August 15, 2023, in her home surrounded by a host of family, after a long battle with cancer.  Born on October 8, 1960, in Toledo, she was a daughter of Harold and Rosalie Lake.

Kathy grew up in the small town of Millbury, with a big family of three brothers and two sisters.  She attended St. Jerome’s grade school in Walbridge and graduated from Cardinal Stritch High School in Oregon, Ohio.

Kathy enjoyed traveling with her husband, Clyde.  Their favorite place to travel was the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, TN.  Most of all, she enjoyed just spending time with Clyde.  The most important things in her life were enjoying her grandchildren, great-grandchildren as well, loving her family time, Christmas dinners, Thanksgiving, birthdays and cookouts.

Preceding her in death were a daughter, Jamey Nicole Bloomfield and a daughter-in-law, Alissa Bloomfield.

Surviving are her loving husband of 24 years, Clyde Stiltner, her father, Harold Lake of Perrysburg, her mother, Rosalie “Dolly” (Tom) Weaver of Carey; three daughters, Wendy (Ryan) Estepp of Bullard, TX, Amy (Daren) Dooley of Mesa, AZ and Jennifer (Aaron) Tolliver of Tyler, TX; a son, Larry Bloomfield of Chillicothe; and a bonus daughter, Jennifer (Adam) Kazee of Greenup, KY.

Also surviving are three brothers and two sisters, James Lake of Walbridge, Nathalie (Mike) Jacobs of Temperance, MI, Mary (Steve) Conley of Millbury, Steve (Annette) Lake of Genoa, and Jay (Me’Chelle) Lake of Groveland, Fla, along with several nieces and nephews.

Surviving also are thirteen grandchildren, Levi (Neisha) Tolliver, Hanna (Chris) De La Torre, Caleb Tolliver, Jason Riley, Madison Riley, Abby (Richard) Blevins, Rodney (Alex) Lambert, Leslie (Bruce) Lambert, Mason Kazee, Anna Kazee, Ethan Bloomfield, Bella Bloomfield and Wyatt Estepp, along with three great-grandchildren, Ben Kenyon, Willow Lambert and Caroline De La Torre.

Kathy was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was the kindest, giving, caring person you could ever meet.  She will be greatly missed by all who have known and loved her.
