Ivory McCoy , 90, of New Boston, died Thursday, September 26, 2013, in the SOMC emergency room. She was born June 18, 1923 in Ashland, Ky., was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, John McCoy, and a daughter, Phylis Jean Pauley. Surviving are her loving and caring companion, Alvin “Chip” Davis of New Boston and a sister, Annis Estep of Ashland, Ky. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point on Monday.
