Irene Winters Davis, 87, of Portsmouth, died Friday, November 20, 2015, at Heartland of Portsmouth. Born on March 20, 2015 in Scioto County, she was a daughter of the late George E. and Ethel Caudill Winters. Irene was a fancy stitcher for Williams Manufacturing, a registrar for Scioto Memorial Hospital, and member of the Eastern Star in Wheelersburg and Lucasville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Davis.
Surviving is a brother, Gene (Marcella) Winters of West Portsmouth.
There will be no services.
