George W. Peterman, 71, of Portsmouth died Sunday, March 13, 2011, at his home. He was born on February 23, 1940 in Catlettsburg, KY, a son of the late Tom and Alma Castle Peterman. Surviving is his wife, Ella Fawbush Peterman, five sons, five daughters, two brothers, two sisters, 29 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Arrangements are under the direction of the Brant Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
