Elton Truman

Elton Ronald Truman, 59, of Portsmouth, died Friday, December 7, 2012 at Bridgeport Healthcare. Born on March 22, 1953 in Scioto County, he was a son of the late James and Ethel Loop Truman. Surviving are his wife, Donna Sparks Truman, two sons, James Truman and Ronald Elton Truman, three daughters, Jodie Sparks, Crystal Truman, and Patricia Truman, three brothers, Robert, Donald and Gary Truman, seven sisters, Jean Hendrix, Carol Kornhoff, Margaret Campbell, Kay Whisman, Gail Stidham, Kathy Parker, and Sherry Blevins, four grandchildren, Justice, Jayce, Jerren, and Abby. Also preceding him in death was one brother, Curtis Truman. A graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at McKendree Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the BRANT FUNERAL SERVICE IN PORTSMOUTH.
