Donald Paul Blevins, Jr., 64, of Portsmouth, died on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at home. He was born on September 8, 1960, in Portsmouth.
Donnie was a retired electrician from Ohio Power and was a member of the New Life Family Worship Center.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Blevins, Sr.; his mother, Linda Nichols Thomas and a sister, Susan Athey.
Surviving are a daughter, Autumn Blevins of South Carolina; a sister, Robin (Adam) Howard of Mocksville, NC; a stepbrother, Andy Blevins of Crowly, TX and several nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 15th, at the New Life Family Worship Center.
The family will receive guests at the church from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
