Brian Keith Mullins, 34, of Minford, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, WV. Born on August 16, 1979 in Portsmouth, he was a son of Harold and Patricia Cornwell Mullins of Oak Hill and a graduate of East High School.
Also surviving are two sons, Deven and Skyler Mullins; three daughters, Trinity, Skylee and Jade Mullins; two brothers, Johnathan Thacker and Jeremy Mullins; grandmothers, Patricia Stidham Broughton and Evelyn Lewis Mullins; and his companion, Jamie Smith, and her children, Samuel, Jessica, Jacob and Caleb.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Saturday at the Brant Funeral Home in Sciotoville.
