Arietta Kathleen Wineka, 87, of Sciotodale, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, March 12, 2022, from Best Care in Wheelersburg. Born on November 7, 1934 in New Boston, she was a daughter of the late Alva and Melissa Cooper McGraw and was a wonderful homemaker.
Kathleen was a member of Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene in Wheelersburg, Daughters of America and Wheelersburg Eastern Star. She enjoyed bowling and was a treasure at being a mom and nanny.
Also preceding her in death were her husbands, Jack Stanley and Jack Wineka; brothers, Howard, Wilbert James, Cecil and Paul McGraw and sisters, Frances Jordan and Esther Smith.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandra (Alan) Brisker of Minford and Patty (Ron) Webster of Portsmouth; three wonderful grandchildren, Amanda Pettigrew, Melissa Cron and Jacklyn Brisker and four precious great-grandchildren, Mychal Cron, Taylor Cron, Tyce Cron and Paisley Brisker.
A Celebration of Kathleen’s Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 17th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE with Pastor Matt Hancock officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
